In preparation for writing this comic, I have done absolutely no research on building inspections. Never the less, I'm sure today's installment is still completely accurate.
This is the first time I've ever used colored word balloons in a comic strip (notice that all the balloons coming from the phone are a light yellow-green). I think plain white balloons make a comic look cleaner, but it's confusing to read a conversation between two characters while only one of them is visible. I want you to know who is saying what without making you think too hard.
Poor Clive. All that bad karma had to catch up with him sooner or later. Look how I embarrass his further by drawing him not much taller than the little kids.
