So the script called for Slasher's first owner to be a kind of sleazy guy. But this comic strip seems to have an over-abundance of sleazy guys, so I decided to make this character a sleazy girl instead. Urban Underbrush: home of equal-opportunity sleaze.

She doesn’t seem that sleazy, maybe a bit overworked and into fitness books. This is adorable, though, to see Slasher training up as a guard dog to protect an owner.
