There are actually four kinds of hares that are called Jack Rabbits: Black-tailed Jack Rabbits, White-Sided Jack Rabbits, Black Jack Rabbits, and Antelope Jack Rabbits. Until now, I've never actually told you Dynamite and Detonator's exact species. They are Antelope Jack Rabbits (lepus alleni), characterized by longer legs and paler color. Not to be confused with the Jackalope. Those don't exist and probably won't be appearing in this comic. Probably. There. You can all sleep better now that I've cleared that up. Incidently, Black Jack Rabbit is one of the coolest names ever given to an animal.
