Here's some Draconis Wicked trivia for you: I designed nearly all the characters for before I ever started drawing the comic. Even the background characters were designed in advance. This way, I never had to stop drawing to invent a new character. Although this has been a huge time-saver, if I had designed that tall guard more recently, I probably never would have given him Tom Hiddleston hair.
