When people tell you, "I'll be there in twenty minutes," you can only take them so literally. When I wrote this comic, I imagined that the bit about road construction would be especially meaningful to people who live in my town. But, now that I think about it, it's probably especially meaningful to all people who use publicly maintained roads.
