Hey, real talk. I’ve advertised this as “a year long art challenge,” but anyone can jump in at any time. If any of you are feeling hesitant to join in because you didn’t start at January, don’t let that stop you. This is still the first-ever year for this event. You can still get in at the beginning. And if you do join in, make sure to use the hashtag #FullMoonArtChallenge2022 so I can like and share your art.
Anyway, here’s my picture for March’s moon, the Worm Moon
In March, the worms begin to wake up and move about underground. Maybe not the most poetic of all the moon names, but not without its charm.
To see if the worms really are more active around the Worm Moon, my nephew and I hunted some worms to feed to Noko Noko. Do they really come out so early? Let’s just say that tonight we’ll have a full moon and a full turtle.
