I have a very special video to share with you all.
My youngest nephew, now seven years old, has made his first video game strategy video.
For a few months, he has been fascinated by the original Paper Mario from 2001. He’s been playing the game on my original N64 cartridge, which has been giving him a new appreciation for the Switch and its save features.
Then, a few weeks ago, he started talking about how he’d like to share some of the tricks he discovered while playing the game. I told him that, if he was interested, we could record his game footage and make a video. I even offered to run it on my YouTube channel.
We talked a bit about what secrets he’d like to share and how we would present them. He recorded his gameplay and I edited it and we worked out a script. I think he did a very good job of making sure his audience would clearly see exactly what he was trying to demonstrate.
